Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the AI VFX app or this website. By using either, you agree to them.

Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AI VFX on devices you own or control. You may not resell the app, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing service.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the clips you render. You confirm that you have the right to use every image you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You agree not to use AI VFX to create:

• material that sexualises minors, or any other illegal content;
• depictions of real people presented as genuine footage in order to deceive, defame or harass them;
• content that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy rights.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Credits and purchases

Renders consume credits. Credits are bought as in-app purchases through the App Store or Google Play, are tied to your account, and have no cash value. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies — we cannot issue them directly, but write to us and we will help where we can.

A render that fails because of a fault on our side is refunded in credits. A render you simply do not like is not.

Availability

We work to keep AI VFX running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Rendering times depend on load, and features may change or be withdrawn as the app develops.

Liability

AI VFX is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost content, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using AI VFX and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
